Hi, I'm new to the board, but I've been coming to the site over the past couple of months. I was really excited about coming here because I saw some really interesting things like the video clips, pictures, stories. I think it's really nice that Ray is actually involved with his website. I've seen so many websites that are about self promotion and don't offer anything new. When I came here and read some of the posts, I started to back away. Isn't this a place to talk about the show and the star? Why so mean and angry? I also noticed that a lot of you act mean and don't even realize it. I'm not going to point fingers or name anyone, but I was just wondering if you could just leave it behind you and let those posts fall out of sight? It doesn't take much, just stop replying to them. It seems like you all want to be the one to get the last word in. Why? Just let it go.

Whoa, that was looong. Sorry. Now, onto the show. The first ELR episode I saw was T-Ball. I thought it was hilarious and have been a fan ever since. Anyone want to share their first encounter with ELR? I also read that some of you were lucky enough to go to a taping. Anyone want to share?

Nice to hear from you. I enjoyed your post and love Raymond. I was fortunate enough to see Ray's show in Vegas last year and meet him after the show. Very nice man. I gave him a pair of really weird sunglasses and still hope to see them on the show one day. Maybe not. I have his autograph hanging on my wall here at work.

However, for the disappointment. You stated that Ray gets involved with his web site, sorry. A question was asked at the show I saw if he reads these postings. He does not. He doesn't want to listen to the gossip and the stupidity. He is not the only celeb I have met and this question was asked. There is one more that I know of for sure that does not check their message boards for this fact. It's too bad that happens.

On a lighter note, I'm sure Ray knows how many true fans he has. The question I asked him when I say him was how tall Brad Garrett is? He is 6' 6". Ray is 6'2". I then asked how tall Debra was and he didn't know. If you look at the show, she must be about 5'6" because she doesn't come very close to Ray's shoulders. Another thing is the way Brad has to duck when he walks in a door.

Wow, Debla, that's great that you've had the chance to meet Ray! Well, I can't really blame him for not reading the posts, it's quite time consuming and I could understand not wanting to hear gossip. But, I do still think it's nice that he takes time to record video clips for us. The Bothering brad segment is arguably my favorite.

Your such a breath of fresh air to speak with on the posts. At last, somebody is willing to talk about what is important to this site.

Every episode is my favorite. I haven't missed one since the beginning of time so I cannot say what ep is my favorite.

Yes, Ray plays in Vegas every year in May. I've been there the past three years and, unfortunately, I can't go this year. A different vacation planned.
