Do you really root for the Jets? John H.
Yes, I grew up a Jet and a Yankee fan, but now that I live in L.A., I root for all the NY teams. I miss NY. Best people, and pizza.

P.S. People are good here too.

If I ask a good question that makes it on this website do I get any free stuff? Todd B.
Good question. And, no.

How did you get into the mindset of a wooly mammoth for your new movie? Daniel C.
I invited my father over and we didn't shave his back for a week.

I know the show is roughly based on your real life, but how close is Debra (Patty Heaton) to your real life wife??? Thanks, Kaming C.
They are very much alike. I don't sleep with either of them. Actually, my real wife, like Debra, won't take any crap from me. But that's why I like her… sorry, LOVE her! (Sometimes my wife reads these.)

Are many of the ideas on your show actually taken from real life situations lived by you and your writers? Marcia W.
Unfortunately, yes. Every one of our ten writers gets into trouble with family by bringing their private lives into the writer's room. But it pays the bills.

Do you intend on doing more movies, and not just using your voice
in an animated film? Gina F.
Yeah, I'm reading scripts right now for the hiatus, and if something comes up that is right, I'll do it. I just don't want to do the wrong one. I insist on no nudity, and that's holding me back.

My husband and I love to watch your show and were wondering if you had ever thought of making a show on bloopers. The show is so funny that I am sure the bloopers are hilarious. If you don't have any I understand, but it would be a thought. Sincerely yours, Pam

Hi Ray! You remind me so much of my husband! How does your wife and kids think about your success and their life on screen? Thanks for making us laugh! Lea
Well, my kids when the show started, my daughter was 6 years old. My twins were three years old. At the beginning they were confused by it. After we filmed the pilot in L.A. I flew to L.A., came back to NY and I had a tape of the pilot. I showed it to my family. My twin boys were watching and they saw me kiss the actress hello and they said "That's not mommy."

I said "I KNOW" and I high fived them.

How has being a huge star changed your life?
Well, in some ways it has changed. In some it hasn't. I am still as neurotic as I was before. The situations have changed where my neuroses will present itself. Before I thought my cab driver hated me. Now I think my limo driver hates me.

I now live in L.A. and not NY. People treat you differently. It can get a little weird. Just the way people interact with you. You still have your close friends and family that treat you like the idiot you are.

Mr. Romano, what is the most fun part of being a funny man?
Being able to talk with everyone on a chat line without pants on. Kidding of course.
